MTrackAG Weigh & Pay

This system is designed to be used in Agri-Businesses that use large labour forces to harvest fresh produce in the field. This labour is in turn paid by the weight that they produce i.e. 1kg  =$1.

The system has been designed to make it as simple as possible to use in the field.We use low cost android tablet devices combined with bluetooth enabled scales to record the product types and weights, and either barcodes or NFC tags to record who the weight should be assigned to.

In the field

• Operator enters;
  • Location i.e. Block 1
  • Date and Time
  • Task i.e. Harvesting
• Worker brings production to the weigh point
• production placed on the scale
• Operator checks quality and checks that the weight accepable for the product.
• Worker Tag or Barcode is recorded using the device
  •  
• The result being
  • 1.5 Kg @ $1 = $1.50 for Joe Blogs
• Once the task/days work is completed the operator can email the data collected to a central administrator for processing.

In the office

• Once data is processed, reports can be generated showing;
  • Payroll Data (T & A)
  • Yield and Product Data
  • Task and Location Costings etc.
